Shipping and Fees

• Shipping per item is free.
• All items are shipped via the Post Office EMS(USPS) Express.
• All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 1-2 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped, In total, it will take 4-7days to get your merchandise.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number as soon as we ship your order out. Please check your junk box if you can't receive the e-mails. After you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online at:

• Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and jordansize.com will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers of each shipping company will be sent via email when an order is shipped from our warehouse. You can track the shipment via the web and tracking information can also be obtained by contacting shipping company website, which will be provided specific by email.

Return and Exchange

We want you to feel confident about shopping with jordansize.com. We guarantee that both our goods and service are high quality. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right.

1.It is guaranteed all the packages will be sent out in good condition. To ensure your interests, please check out your delivery on the spot. If there is any damage during the shipment, you can press claim for compensation from the Post Office.
2.Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.
3.Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it.
4.If there are gifts with your package, please send them back as well as your refunded goods.
5.All returns will only be accepted if its original packaging and labels are still attached.

We will refuse to return or exchange in any of the following situation:

1.The damage is caused by been used in the improperly way.
2.The goods don't belong to jordanisze.com.
3.We don't receive your returned goods, or which are not completely.
4.The original packaging is damaged.
5.colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoes.
